The currency of credibility...

You have two choices in life: raise your behavior to match your values and commitments, or lower your values to justify your actions and broken assurances. The harder path forges your spine and earns your self-respect. The easier one corrodes your integrity until even you stop believing your own promises. And once self-trust fades, market trust isn’t far behind; your credibility is a currency, and once devalued, it’s nearly impossible to restore.
Choose alignment. Choose the grind of honoring your word especially when it’s inconvenient. When you deliver, your presence speaks louder than any pitch. But when you miss, forgiveness may come, belief won’t. And soon, your words, advice, and plans won’t inspire action...only echo as hollow hopes and tired excuses.
