The currency of credibility

Credibility is the heartbeat of leadership, and competence is its pulse: both need to be felt, not flaunted. It’s what makes people trust your silence, not just your words… the bedrock of reliability on which they stand with you in doubt or distress, not just in moments of glory.
Without credibility, power and promise is just a display. With it, mere presence is enough. You don’t lead by being followed by anyone... you lead because they genuinely believe in your purpose, and find strength in your conviction that mirrors their own.
